American Man Sportswear (Pty) Ltd Wi-Fi Terms and Conditions of Use

Effective Date: 1 May 2025

By accessing and using the Wi-Fi service provided by American Man Sportswear (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to and using the American Man Sportswear Wi-Fi network, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. The Company reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Permitted Use

This Wi-Fi network is provided primarily to support the operational and business functions of American Man Sportswear. Usage is permitted under the following conditions:

  • For conducting business directly related to American Man Sportswear (Pty) Ltd only.

  • For internal communications, accessing business systems, and authorized company tools and platforms.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Wi-Fi network are strictly prohibited from:

  • Bandwidth Abuse: Running high-volume downloads, streaming video/music, or engaging in activities that may degrade network performance.

  • Accessing Inappropriate Content: Viewing, downloading, or sharing pornography, hate speech, or any illegal or obscene materials.

  • Social Media Use: Accessing or posting on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) for personal use is not permitted.

  • Unauthorized Business Use: Using the Wi-Fi for any work, communications, or business purposes not directly related to American Man Sportswear (Pty) Ltd.

  • Illegal or Harmful Activities: Engaging in hacking, spamming, distribution of malware, or any activity that could damage or disrupt the network or other users.

  • Sharing Access: Sharing Wi-Fi login credentials or granting network access to unauthorized individuals is strictly forbidden.

4. Monitoring and Privacy

The Company reserves the right to monitor all activity on its Wi-Fi network to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, tracking websites visited, bandwidth usage, and connected devices.

Users should have no expectation of privacy when using the Company’s Wi-Fi network.

5. Security and Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their devices are secure and free of malware. The Company is not liable for any data loss, compromise, or damage caused through use of the Wi-Fi network.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in:

  • Immediate disconnection from the Wi-Fi network.

  • Disciplinary action if the user is an employee.

  • Reporting to authorities in the case of illegal activity.

  • Permanent banning from accessing the network.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Wi-Fi service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. American Man Sportswear (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of the Wi-Fi network.

By using this Wi-Fi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
